Designed a streamlined process using Asana, Slack, and Canva to manage creative requests and assets efficiently, ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.
Asset Flow
This diagram illustrates the journey of creative requests through different departments before they converge in Jira for tracking and management. Requests come from various sources like PR, Self Serve, and Growth Marketing, signaling the beginning of the asset creation process.

Canva Approval Flow
This flowchart details the approval process within Canva, starting from the asset creation or update, leading to a review stage, and concluding with either approval and release or a loop back for further revisions, ensuring only approved assets are released.
